The six years sentence to Sanjay Dutt has caused immense grief to family and friends, but the producers of film industry are equally grieving for their incomplete projects which estimate a loss of about Rs. 100 crores to them. Abbas Mastaan’s ‘Mr. Fraud’, Sanjay Gupta’s ‘Alibaug’ and Sanjay Gadhvi’s ‘Kidnap’- all face a dark future with the imprisonment of the actor. These films are incomplete and already 35-40 crores have been spent in their making. The lucky ones are Indra Kumar’s comedy ‘Dhamaal’ to be released in September and ‘Mehbooba’ which has been made with a big budget of about 30 crores.
