While they have been careful with their status, Cheryl Cole and Derek Hough as ever the happy couple while on holiday in Camps Bay, South Africa. "X Factor" beauty and her dancer boyfriend were seen strolling along the coast on Sunday, Jan. 2 after allegedly shared their first public kiss, while ringing in 2011 on a New Year's Eve party. As for their status, a source recently told The Sunday Mirror, "Cheryl and Derek are together, and do not care who know sit."

Cheryl Ann Cole (née Tweedy, born 30 June 1983) is an English singer, songwriter, actress, dancer, model, and television personality. Cole rose to fame in 2002 after becoming a member of pop group Girls Aloud through ITV's reality television programme Popstars: The Rivals. They have become one of the few UK reality television acts to achieve continued success, amassing a fortune of £25 million by May 2009. With Girls Aloud, Cole has been successful in achieving a string of 20 consecutive UK top ten singles (including four number ones), two UK number one albums, and received nominations for five BRIT Awards, winning Best Single in 2009 for "The Promise".

GIRLS ALOUD have been off work since Christmas and only get back on to the pop treadmill later this month.
But CHERYL COLE and KIMBERLEY WALSH have spent their precious break preparing for the challenge of their lives - climbing Mount Kilimanjaro.
Cheryl said: “I don’t know about anybody else but I’ve got blisters on every toe of both feet.
“There’s no make-up and you can see the clothes we have all got to wear, below, so we’re all giving up our luxuries.
“We are used to getting in good shape when we are on tour. The dancing really keeps us fit but this is totally different.
